Your well-being is our priority
Betting should be enjoyable — not stressful. Bet6 believes every user deserves a gaming experience that is controlled, mindful, and on their own terms. On this page, you'll find all our responsible gaming features and tools in one place.
Protection Tools
These tools exist for one reason: to keep you in control of your own play — free of charge, at any time.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit before you start. Once you hit that limit, the system will automatically stop accepting deposits. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Set a cap on the maximum amount you're willing to wager on a single bet or within a given time period. When the urge to place a big bet strikes, this limit will help keep you protected.
Set a time limit for how long you spend on Bet6 in a single session. After that time, the system will either notify you or log you out automatically — whichever you prefer.
You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 weeks. During this break, placing bets will not be possible, but your balance will remain safe and intact.
Close your account for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. While self-exclusion is active, any attempts to open a new account are also blocked.
View a full breakdown of how much you've wagered and how much you've won or lost over the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Having the numbers in front of you makes it easier to make informed decisions.
How to use it
Log in to Bet6 and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to your account settings and select the "Responsible Gaming" option.
Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion — choose whichever tool works for you.
Once a limit or break is confirmed, it takes effect immediately. A confirmation is sent via SMS or email.
If you need help: If you're having trouble finding these settings, reach out via live chat or support@bet6.life— reach out and our support team will assist you right away.
Reducing a limit or setting a break takes effect as soon as it is confirmed.
SecureOnce self-exclusion begins, it cannot be lifted before the set period ends.
ReliableWarning signs
If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone close to you, reach out for help — before it's too late.
Chasing losses by placing bigger bets to win back what you've lost is the most common and most dangerous cycle in betting. Responsible betting at Bet6 means having the ability to stop after a loss.
Hiding your betting from family or friends, or downplaying how much time and money you're spending — this is one of the earliest warning signs of a problem.
Using money meant for food, rent, or other family expenses to place bets is a clear sign that things have gone too far.
Feeling restless or irritable when you're offline or out of funds — this may be a sign of psychological dependency.
Losing sleep over betting, struggling to focus at work, or experiencing strain in your relationships with family and friends.
Borrowing from others or taking mobile banking loans to place bets is the most serious warning sign. If this is where you are, please seek help now.
Ask Yourself: Do any of the signs above sound familiar? If so, that's not a weakness — it's a treatable condition. Don't hesitate to reach out to the Bet6 support team or a professional for help.
Bet6's approach
Bet6 has been clear about this from the start — we want people to come to Bet6 for fun, to unwind, to add a little more excitement to a match their favourite team is playing. But if that fun ever becomes a problem for someone, we have a responsibility too.
Online betting is still relatively new in Bangladesh. Many people don't realise exactly when "betting for fun" crosses the line into "problem betting." Building that awareness is the core goal of Bet6's Responsible Gaming programme.
We believe information is the strongest form of protection. When someone understands the signs of betting addiction, knows where to find help, and knows how to keep their play in check — problems can be avoided long before they escalate.
"Betting is a form of entertainment — just like going to the cinema or eating out at a restaurant. The difference is that with betting, you sometimes get money back. But it should never be thought of as a source of income."
— Bet6 Responsible Gaming TeamBet6's Responsible Gaming tools were developed with direct input from users. The limits to set, how breaks should work, how straightforward the self-exclusion process needs to be — all of this was shaped by the real experiences of people who have used these tools themselves.
Self-exclusion can feel embarrassing to many people. In reality, it's a courageous decision — proof that you're taking your own well-being seriously. Requesting self-exclusion at Bet6 is as straightforward as closing your account — just send a message to support, and no explanation is required.
Family and friends have a role to play too. If you notice warning signs in someone close to you, have an honest conversation — with empathy, not judgment. The Bet6 support team can also guide family members on how to help.
Safe betting guidelines
Keep a Separate Entertainment Budget — Only bet what you can afford to lose.
Set Your Goals — decide in advance how much you want to win before you stop.
Never bet while intoxicated or under emotional stress — Judgment becomes impaired during these moments.
Take regular breaks — step away for a few minutes after every hour of play.
Keep Other Hobbies Too — don't let betting become your only form of entertainment.
Accept losses gracefully — chasing losses with more bets only makes things worse.
Know yourself
Work through the questions below at your own pace. This isn't a test — it's simply a way to help you understand where you stand.
If you're unsure where you stand, talk to Bet6 support — no judgment, just help.
